Join the Stay On Your Feet® Move Your Body campaign to help educate older adults and health and community workers on the importance of moving your body to improve balance and posture, strengthen muscles and bones and improve overall fitness and general wellbeing. Move Your Body is one part of the Move Improve Remove messaging used to encourage older adults to stay safe, independent and prevent falls.

Injury Matters welcomes organisations, Local Governments, and community groups to get involved in the campaign and raise awareness that falls are preventable by using the Stay On Your Feet® Move Your Body campaign toolkit. The free online toolkit includes a media schedule, evidence review, ready to use social media posts and images, E-signatures, media release, training and events calendar, resources, promotional displays and a facilitator guide to hosting your own event.

The campaign runs from March 1st to May 30th 2021, and as such, there is a wide range of activities, media and events taking place across this time to help raise awareness of the importance of moving your body to reduce the risk of having a fall.
