Improve Your Health campaign wrap-up

The Improve Your Health campaign has come to an end, after a three-month focus on the importance of older adults getting their medicines checked, keeping a healthy mind, and fueling their bodies to prevent falls. The Improve Your Health campaign included events and activities for both health professionals and the wider community including community events in Midland, Meckering, and Cervantes, and a mass media campaign on television and social media across WA.

The Improve Your Health campaign saw Check Your Medicines countertop displays distributed throughout WA alongside Improve Your Health themed Fuel Your Body booklets and Check Your Medicines brochures.

Five Improve Your Health grants were awarded to Canning Vale Medical Centre, Merredin Senior Centre, Scenic Lakes Estate, WA Country Health Service Pilbara, and Therapy Focus and 2 Oceans FM Radio Augusta as part of the Improve Your Health campaign to help support programs aimed at addressing the campaign’s key messages.
