Seniors exercise classes – Embleton

With our range of vibrant and highly motivating group fitness classes you’ll always find something to fit your age, interest and schedule. All of our classes are designed to improve your cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility, in a fun, social and motivating environment.

Classes offered for seniors include circuit-based strength and fitness training classes and aquatic classes.
